January 22nd: This is Your Brain. The focus of this class will be on the basics. Basic Neuroanatomy, Neurophysiology, the Blood Brain Barrier, and how what we eat, drink, and are exposed to affect our brain function.
January 29th: This is your Brain - or your Gut? The gut is your 2nd brain. We'll explore what factors it plays in mood and overall well-being.
February 5th: This is your brain on psychobiotics. We'll dive further into depth on the microbiome of the gut and explore the importance of its function on well-being and mood.
February 12th: This is your brain for Life. How can we keep the brain healthy, the blood brain barrier intact, and age gracefully - with mood and mental function intact.
